The Penthouse has four bedrooms (two of them kingsize), four bathrooms, two living rooms, a music room, and on the terrace there’s a pool and jacuzzi. It can be yours (for a night) for just $30,000 (and if you really like it, you can buy one for a cool $15 m).

Available only upon request, The Penthouse is situated beautifully atop The Setai’s soaring oceanfront glass Tower, reflecting the ultimate in luxury and excellence. The 10,000 square foot Penthouse occupies the entire 40th floor and boasts a 4,000 sq ft rooftop terrace with private eternity pool and Jacuzzi offering 360 degree views of the glittering Miami Beach.
